Eligibility: US Citizens, Green Card Holders, and EAD Holders Only We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Functional Consultant for an urgent project. The position is based in Cherry Hill, NJ (local candidates preferred). The contract duration is initially 6 months, with the possibility of renewal. Minimum of five years of PeopleSoft experience Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade and functional modules including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll (North America), and Time and Labor Experience working in public sector, education, or higher education environments Ability to manage all project phases from configuration to testing Strong understanding of setup tables, reporting, and module integration Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2, including Fluid and Benefits Administration Knowledge of processing requirements for Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor modules Proven business and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft systems Responsibilities

Provide functional consulting and subject matter expertise for PeopleSoft HCM upgrade to version 9.2 Conduct business analysis and support all project phases including configuration, validation, and testing Assist in integrating the new version into existing environments and recommend best practices Advise on risks, impacts, and options related to the upgrade Complete tasks efficiently and report progress regularly Design system configurations, develop test scenarios, and conduct testing activities Additional Information
