Adult Reconstructive Hip & Knee Surgeon . CHI Joseph Medical Group is recruiting a

Board Eligible/Certified Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon

to join a well-established practice in London, Kentucky. CHI Saint Joseph London has been voted the “Best Place To Work” for 5 consecutive years and has Leapfrog A status for 2 years. Working towards Trauma Designation, with the next survey in January 2026. Practice Highlights

Team includes 3 MDs, 8 APPs, CMA, and support staff. Call schedule: 10 days per month, rotation of 1 in 4. X-Ray available in the clinic. Support from APPs for clinic and rounding. Surgical block time available. Schedule: 2-3 clinic days, 2 surgical days per week. Providers are practicing in the 75th percentile of performance. Offer Includes

Guaranteed excellent base salary for up to 3 years. Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives: sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, relocation. Essential Duties Support and implement the facility’s mission to deliver healthcare to those in need. Ensure patient care meets quality standards and patient satisfaction goals. Educate patients on clinical and managed care aspects. Participate in clinic and network task forces. Work effectively as part of a team. Meet productivity and performance standards. Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency and Fellowship. Focus on routine and complex joint replacements and revisions. Interest in periprosthetic joint infections. License/Certification

Kentucky License or eligibility. DEA, AAC certification. Board certification or active examination participation. Pay Range

$281.00 - $467.00 per hour
