NorthBay Health . Job Description: At NorthBay Health, the C/T Technologist performs general radiographic studies according to established Q.A. criteria. They scan and organize images, complete required paperwork and charges, and are responsible for patient safety and well-being during examinations. The technologist assists and instructs patients, performs bedside radiography, and assists with clerical duties. They also clean and inspect equipment prior to use and report any malfunctions. Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved radiology course or equivalent training and experience prior to 2000. Licensure: Current CACRT with Fluoroscopic permit; venipuncture permit or documented training prior to 2013; or permit with 10 venipunctures after 2013, completed within 1 month of hire. BLS Certification required. Experience: At least two years in general radiology, with one year in C/T. Skills: Some clerical and computer experience; practices principles of ALARA. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates Caring, Communication, Collaboration, and Competence, as part of the NorthBay Way. Hours of Work: Depend on shift assignment. Compensation: Hourly salary ranges from $67.00 to $78.00, with a 10% differential included. Rates depend on years of experience. Shift differentials are offered for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Additional Details:
