Senior Associate Litigation Attorney

Location: Cleveland, OH Duties: Manage cases from inception to resolution under partner supervision. Conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs. Research case law, statutes, and regulations affecting client matters. Develop and manage expert witnesses. Maintain professional client and opposing counsel interactions. Analyze complex legal problems and propose strategic solutions. Organize and manage documents in multidistrict and complex litigation. Engage in networking and business development activities. Supervise and support peer associates. Requirements: 5-8 years of private firm litigation experience. Strong problem-solving, research, and writing skills. Ability to manage cases independently and supervise staff. Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Ohio State Bar and Illinois State Bar. Admission to additional state bars preferred. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
