Data Analyst
to join our team and play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights. This role requires strong
analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and expertise in data mapping and migration
as part of an implementation team. The ideal candidate will help move customer data into our system while supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance business strategy and product development. Key Responsibilities
Data Collection, Mapping & Analysis
Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external datasets. Perform data mapping and migration as part of the implementation team, ensuring seamless integration of customer data into ProScores platform. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to provide actionable insights. Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track them. Data Visualization & Reporting
Design and create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Business Insights & Decision Support
Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic initiatives, product enhancements, and customer insights. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and strategies. Process Optimization & Data Governance
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing best practices in data management. Support the development and optimization of data pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams. Contribute to improving data collection methods and analytics infrastructure. Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. Strong experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies. Experience in data mapping and migration as part of an implementation team. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Experience working with SaaS platforms, compliance solutions, or workforce analytics is a plus. Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and database management preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into business recommendations. Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Snowflake, or BigQuery) is a plus. Certifications (Preferred):
Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or similar certifications. Education:
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. About ProScore Technologies
