Job Description Description: This role involves working with project managers, application owners, and resource managers to define requirements; collaborating on an agile development team to organize work, develop, test, and deploy code; and attending status and progress meetings with stakeholders. We seek a Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience who relies on judgment and experience to achieve goals, performs complex tasks, and may lead others. Creativity and autonomy are expected in this role. Skills Required Experience programming in JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment, including JBOSS Workflow and Drools Business Rules engine. Proficiency in developing complex systems using Java IDEs like Eclipse. Experience with SQL and/or PL/SQL programming. Experience with Spring and Struts frameworks. Experience with Hibernate/JPA frameworks. Participation as a programmer/analyst in projects following CMM/CMMI Level 3 practices.
