headquartered in New York City, is seeking a
Senior Payroll Specialist . This position is
hybrid
and based 3 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and prepare payroll information for multiple payroll cycles
Coordinate the collection and processing of timesheets for non-exempt employees
Review new hire paperwork for accuracy
Ensure payroll records are up to date by entering personnel updates into ADP Workforce Now
Process payroll reports, resolve payroll issues, and ensure accuracy of information
Coordinate and maintain employee benefit records
Manage monthly invoices and reconciliations
Answer questions and requests regarding payroll and benefits
General benefit administration
Tax reconciliations
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred
Must have worked with high net worth/family office environments
3-4+ years of experience processing multi-state payrolls for 300+ employees
ADP Workforce Now experience required
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Tax laws required
Experience working with weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Workday and benefits is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exhibit a sense of urgency
Must be detail-oriented and able to provide high-quality outputs
Ability to handle confidential information with the necessary discretion
Salary Range: $108,000 to $132,000 based on experience
