Position: Sr. WCM Developer Duration: 6-12 Months We are seeking a Sr. WCM Developer for a long-term position with the following responsibilities: Essential Functions: Lead the technical team Assume responsibility for technical architecture Provide vision and steer technical work for timely software development Ensure personal and professional development of team members Expertise required in Teamsite and Interwoven The team member will participate in tasks including: Participate in software design, development, testing, and deployment of WCM applications Provide development estimates, identify cross-team/system dependencies, impacts, and risks Develop workflows, WCM templates, and application customizations Administer and configure the web content management system Utilize custom scripts, data merge tools, and UNIX searches for data manipulation and analysis Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn new technical concepts Address day-to-day issues and inquiries Support the WCM System proactively Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation Required Experience: 7+ years of experience in developing WCM applications 5+ years of experience with Agile Scrum methodology Ability to work independently and in a team environment Additional Information
