Configuration Manager

Ensures all information systems products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements. Improves current procedures and develops future configuration models. Defines problems and develops plans and requirements for complex systems. Coordinates and manages analysis, evaluations, and recommendations for program and system implementation. Specialties include network infrastructure, LAN, WAN, client support, application design, systems integration, systems consulting, project management, information security, and software development methodologies. Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs various tasks with expected creativity and latitude. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 to 9 years of experience: Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent. ServiceNow experience is required.
