Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced network support professional with a comprehensive understanding of large enterprise networks. The ideal candidate will have experience with the design, build, and operational functions of complex IP environments, from physical installation to network deployment.
Key Requirements:
Experience with CCNA/CCNP (Voice), CCNA/CCNP/CCIE (Router/Switch), or equivalent in networking.
Technical expertise in managed VoIP and Data networking infrastructure services and security.
Knowledge of VoIP Dial-Plan Fundamentals, Dial-Peers, Route Patterns, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot VoIP call issues using DNA and RTMT.
Understanding of SIP Trunks, Gateways, Device Pools, CSS, and Gatekeepers.
Shift Timings Work Environment:
24x7, fast-paced support of complex customer networks.
Shift:
Primarily 3rd shift with flexibility to cover 1st and 2nd shifts as needed. Candidates must be available to work any shift as part of a 24/7 support organization.
Skills and Experience Required:
CCNA (CCNP) level experience.
Additional Skills:
Cisco Security Manager (CSM), IPS/IDS support.
