Job Description Registered Nurse - Cath Lab - Full-time, Days, with Call

Provides care addressing the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects related to the surgical environment. Maintains continuous communication with physicians regarding patient condition. Assists with equipment maintenance and inventory management. Ensures the procedure room is equipped and ready for use. Obtains supplies for each case and meets the needs of the Cardiac Cath Lab team. Monitors, positions, and assists patients during procedures. Participates in performance and quality improvement activities. Clients served are primarily adults aged 18 and older.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license in Texas

Current BLS certification

Current ACLS certification

Preferred: One year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab

Minimum: One year of experience in critical care
