Location: BOSTON, MA Position Type: Full-Time/Regular Salary Grade: Grade 50 Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations related to University Real Estate accounting, ensuring compliance with applicable financial reporting standards, and assist in strategic planning and financial analysis. Oversee core accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, budgeting, and forecast development. Lead the month-end close process, maintain and strengthen internal controls, and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. Supervise the Finance Coordinator and one or two student employees, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality execution of all accounting tasks.
