Position: Imaging Director Seeking an Imaging Director for a hospital setting. Candidates must have at least 7+ years of experience as Director of Radiology or Imaging in a hospital with 250+ beds.
Responsibilities include managing department operations, demonstrating productive management skills, controlling costs, promoting quality, formulating budgets, ensuring performance improvement, monitoring staff, and collaborating with staff, physicians, and executive leadership to ensure policy compliance and patient care standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 7 years of progressive management experience (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred)
Leadership, critical thinking, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Strong knowledge in budgeting, staffing, program development, physician relations, policies and procedures, with proven results
ARRT certification, BS, and Master's degree strongly preferred
