Job Description
This person will support the daily operation support for the client network. Their role will be to respond to trouble tickets on a daily basis. This person will also assist in applying patches and performing minor IOS upgrades from time to time. Technically, this person should be well-versed with various Cisco technologies, including the latest NEXUS switches, routers, load balancers, wireless controllers and APs, and Cisco voice products. They should also have a good understanding of DNS and IP addressing tools. This opportunity is based in Portland, Oregon, but candidates who are Seattle-based will also be considered. The successful candidate would need to spend 4 or 5 days a week in Portland. Additional Information
