We are looking for an
Audio Project Manager
to join the 4Wall team! What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will typically work with 4Wall Account Executives to plan, develop, and execute audio solutions for live events and/or rental projects. Throughout the project’s lifecycle, this role will define objectives, maintain quality control, ensure timely and accurate logistics, and support client relations at all times. Assist Production Managers/Account Executives in all aspects of creating a quality show: equipment choices, accuracy of gear lists, review of show files, assisting in execution of prep and trucking, ensuring quality control of equipment and labor productivity on-site.
What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in project planning/management, general knowledge of entertainment lighting, video, and how it integrates with audio equipment; Ability to create audio equipment lists based on client specifications; Proficiency in project and task management, and applications such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks, and inventory software systems; Must be extremely organized and have excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
What you should know: This position is full-time. Production / Stagehand experience is preferred. This role will work in an office environment with minimal, if any, field onsite work. Audio Project Managers work a standard work week but may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
