Manage expenses and headcount for Sales, Customer Care, and Sales Operations groups. Ensure all month-end activities are completed effectively. Track headcount regularly. Manage remote accounting staff in a dotted line reporting structure. Collaborate with internal finance teams, sales and operations leaders, HR, and management. Require a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Have strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
