Role Overview
Our Field Services Team delivers value by building long-term relationships with customers through prompt, effective installation, maintenance, and service of electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you can meet customer needs effectively. We foster a learning environment with classroom training, mentorship, and ongoing development to help you grow your skills and career. Responsibilities:
Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls Service electromechanical equipment within your territory Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls
Qualifications:
Local to the area Authorized to work in the US Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record Basic PC and electronic skills, familiarity with hardware and OS Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations Willingness to travel and work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted, or 150 lbs. with assistance Comfort with physical activities and operating small lifts
Salary Range:
$39,490.00 - $57,310.00 Full-Time Benefits:
