Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, correspondence, and settlement agreements. Conduct legal analysis on case law, statutes, regulations, fact patterns, and insurance policy language. Review and analyze claims files, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents. Prepare for and attend or conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and other meetings. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts. Assist in trial preparation as required. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage or complex litigation (preferred). Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, including discovery, motions practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Active license to practice law in Washington. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Licensed to practice law in Washington State. Skills: Strong legal research and writing capabilities. Proficient in civil litigation and insurance coverage matters. Skilled in managing case workflows and working as part of a legal team. Excellent communication and client service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
