The ideal candidate will have a background in complex commercial litigation, particularly in real estate-related matters, and should demonstrate strong research, writing, and courtroom capabilities. This is a full-time opportunity for an ambitious attorney to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-profile real estate and commercial litigation matters. Location: New York, NY Duties: Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters Manage all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, court appearances, and litigation strategy Handle real estate-related disputes, including residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation Collaborate with senior attorneys on case development and resolution strategies Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality memoranda and briefs Participate in motion practice, including e-discovery and expert coordination Appear in court and communicate effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel Requirements: 4–5 years of commercial litigation experience Familiarity with New York civil procedure and state court practice Substantial experience with discovery, including electronic discovery Ability to handle a high volume of work with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school Certifications: Active license to practice law in New York (required) Skills: Excellent legal research and writing skills Ability to draft polished, professional legal documents Strong oral advocacy and courtroom experience Effective communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Law Review or Journal experience (preferred) Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law Opportunity to work on high-stakes real estate litigation matters Supportive and professional team environment with long-term career growth potential Company info BCG Attorney Search 125 Park Avenue, 25th floor New York New York United States 10017 Phone :
