LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. F2F INTERVIEW IS MUST. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information System (MIS), OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science plus three years of professional experience as a Program Analyst, Developer, and Consultant, AND Six years of professional experience as a Program Analyst, Developer, and Consultant. In addition to the minimum education, the Architect/Consultant must meet the following experience requirements: Five (5) years of experience in Web Application Development with at least three (3) years in .NET Framework 4.x, including experience with Microsoft Enterprise Libraries. Desired Qualifications: One (1) year of experience working on a large web application migration project. One (1) year supporting n-tier applications on the Microsoft platform, including custom and commercial applications. One (1) year of experience with HTML5 and CSS3. One (1) year of experience with VB.NET and/or C# .NET languages. One (1) year of experience with SQL Server 2008 R2 and/or SQL Server 2014.
