of hands-on experience working with

Java/J2ee Technologies, including Spring, Hibernate, and JBPM .

At least

5 years

of experience with

Spring (Spring-core, Spring-MVC, Spring-AOP), Hibernate technologies .

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

At least

4 years

of experience in the software development lifecycle.

At least

4 years

of experience in project lifecycle activities related to development and maintenance.

Experience in design and architecture review.

Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-stakeholder teams.

Experience in the Financial Services and Investment domains.

Strong analytical skills.

Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of a degree.

Information Technology

sector.
