Management Skills: Candidates must be able to work within a team and be a self-starter. Must be self-motivated, dependable, proactive, organized, communicate clearly both orally and written, is an expert in SAP Basis administration. The candidate must also be able to interact with the development, support, and infrastructure teams, as well as work independently. He/she should be proficient at creating documentation of their work and provide regular updates to the management team.
