Tool And Die Maker Opportunity
Adient, a high-volume automotive supplier is looking for hard working individuals for our Battle Creek, MI plant. Qualified candidates must have previous experience working as a Tool and Die Maker. Journeyman through the Department of Labor is preferred but other education or previous experience working as a Tool and Die Maker may be considered. Experience in high volume automotive sheet metal stamping, large transfer and progressive dies a plus. We offer an excellent compensation program and benefits. Candidates must be willing to work overtime, have a solid attendance record, previous manufacturing experience and must be able to stand for 12 hours. Candidates must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen and background check. Hourly Rate- $33.86 Shift Premium- $0.65 Raises- Raise every 6 months for 3 years, yearly raises after you reach top rate Medical Insurance- effective 91st day of employment Dental Insurance- after 6 months of service 401K- available immediately, the Company matches $0.50 on the dollar up to 2.5% eoe/m/f/v/d/so
