Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist experienced with GE VCT 64 and GE EVO 64 scanners for weekend night shift assignments requiring strong clinical and patient care skills.Job Details•Work in a hospital CT department using GE VCT 64 and GE EVO 64 scanners,•Shift schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from approximately 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM,•Procedures include CT head, neck, perfusion, PE studies, runoff exams, GI bleeds, aneurysms, and routine chest, abdomen, and pelvis scans,•Patient population may require both routine and complex imaging exams,•Local candidates are accepted with a rate adjustment,•Radius requirement is 50 miles,Job Requirements•Minimum of 1 year CT experience with GE VCT 64 and GE EVO 64 scanners,•ARRT(R) and current BLS certification required,•Ohio Department of Health license for Radiologic Technologist required if applicable,•Minimum education in Radiologic Sciences required, Radiology/CT specialty preferred,•Broad range of technical skills in CT imaging required,•ARRT(R)(CT), ACLS certification, and 2 years general radiology experience preferred,•Strong patient care and critical thinking skills are essential,Additional Information•Duties include performing advanced CT imaging protocols and multi-step procedures in compliance with established standards,•Must pass EKG testing on first day with up to 2 attempts; study guides are provided,•Team members must organize, verify, and analyze data for complex procedures,•First-time travelers may be considered,•Scrub requirements not specified,),•hash,:• ,
