American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and an active OBMI MRI license for a night shift contract position.Job Details•Position is in a short-term acute care hospital setting,•Night shifts are scheduled for 3x12 hours, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with block scheduling on Wed-Fri, then Sun-Tue,•Weekend shifts are required as per block schedule,•Expected patient ratio is 1:1,•No floating between units within the hospital, but floating to affiliated facilities nearby may be required,•No on-call responsibility,•Epic charting system is used and required,Job Requirements•Minimum of 1 year MRI technologist experience required,•Active OBMI MRI license required; license required if applicable,•Experience with Epic EMR required,•Must provide two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years,•Must comply with a 50-mile radius rule for eligibility,•Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler,Additional Information•Responsibilities include performing MRI procedures as scheduled and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team,•Scrub attire of any color is permitted,•All assigned modules must be completed pre-start and annually, with average completion time of 16 hours,•Must commit to working at least three of the following five holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day,•A maximum of six days of requested time off (RTO) may be auto-approved; all RTO requests must be submitted up front,•First-time travelers are welcome to apply,•Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities within the state,),•hash,:• ,
