Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT(CT), BLS, and Hawaii state license required for varied 10-hour shifts in an acute care setting.Job Details•Work in a diagnostic imaging department with CT and vascular modalities,•Patient population includes acute care, trauma, vascular, cardiac, and stroke cases,•Shifts are 10 hours in length with varied scheduling based on facility need,•No on-call requirements,•Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation is preferred,Job Requirements•Current ARRT certification in CT (ARRT(CT)) required,•Current BLS or BCLS certification required,•Active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer required by assignment start; license application upon offer if not currently held; license required if applicable,•Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute hospital setting required,•Ability to perform routine CT scans and work independently,•Preferred experience with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, biopsies, drainages, vascular and cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke cases,•Experience with Meditech EMR and specific CT equipment preferred,Additional Information•All travelers must report for Employee Health clearance 48-72 hours before assignment start; plan to be in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start,•Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption required before contract start; flu vaccine may be administered at employee health clearance,•May be required to float within scope to other departments as needed,•Travelers must be available to staff all shifts as needed by the facility,•Facility reserves the right to refuse or terminate assignment for any cause
