We are seeking a
Temporary Salesforce Architect / Senior Administrator
to serve as a high-impact, expert-level resource for our Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will support the Business Systems team by providing technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on configuration expertise. You will guide platform strategy and implementation, helping Salesforce administrators and stakeholders navigate technical decisions and platform capabilities. Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted Salesforce architect, providing leadership on technical design and best practices. Design and document scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related tools. Support Salesforce administrators with technical guidance, troubleshooting, and design input. Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and recommend platform-based solutions. Evaluate and advise on solution approaches, including declarative tools versus custom development. Review configurations, automations, and customizations for alignment with business and technical standards. Maintain platform stability and performance through sound practices and proactive resolution. Contribute to strategic Salesforce initiatives and deliver key projects during the contract period. Qualifications
6+ years of Salesforce experience, with advanced administration and solution architecture skills. Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, security, and data model. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, with ability to recommend development strategies. Experience designing scalable solutions using native Salesforce features. Strong translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and/or Application Architect. Experience with complex integrations and supporting EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses. Why Work Here
