Project Manager - Interior Construction - Leesburg, VA: Manage all phases of commercial interior construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project scopes in retail, hospitality, restaurants, offices, daycare facilities, and more. Handle subcontractor buyout, procurement, contract negotiation, and sequencing. Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure on-time completion. Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders while maintaining clear and accurate documentation. Ensure all work complies with local codes, permitting requirements, and company safety standards. Utilize Procore and other project management tools for effective project delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and internal leadership teams.
