Analytics Product Manager - Healthcare Services Technology

Rockland County, New York (On-site preferred or Hybrid)

$110,000-$140,000 per year

Our client is seeking an Analytics Product Manager will lead the development of analytics tools for payroll, HR, attendance, and scheduling, focusing on the needs of SNF operators and healthcare administrators. This strategic, hands-on role involves defining metrics, building dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value insights, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of data in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

Own the vision and roadmap for the analytics and insights layer of the HCM platform. Define core metrics and KPIs for SNF and healthcare operations (e.g., overtime trends, payroll variance, lateness patterns, turnover, time-to-fill). Collaborate with clients, account managers, and product owners to identify high-value analytics use cases. Translate business questions into product specifications, dashboards, and data requirements. Guide initial dashboard and report mockups using tools like Power BI or similar platforms. Identify future hiring needs for roles such as BI developers or data engineers.: A reporting engine for pre-payroll analytics by employee, department, and earning code. Flexible HR analytics tools for turnover and headcount trends. Attendance dashboards with filtering and drill-down capabilities (e.g., late/early trends, no-shows, excessive overtime). Facility-level dashboards and report builders tailored for SNF administrators. A foundation for trend analysis, benchmarking, and period-over-period comparisons. Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in HCM or healthcare tech (required) . Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or embedded dashboards. Technical understanding of databases, SQL, or data modeling concepts. Proven ability to translate business needs into data-driven product requirements. Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally. Preferred: Strong understanding of SNF operations, workforce compliance, and staffing challenges, or experience with PBJ reporting or time and attendance systems in SNF. Proficiency in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
