About The Role

Shape the future of AI with Node.js! As an

AI Tutor - Node.js , you'll use your backend development expertise to improve AI-generated code and ensure it aligns with Node.js's performance, scalability, and asynchronous programming patterns.

Your Day to Day

Review Node.js code for correctness, efficiency, and idiomatic use of asynchronous logic. Solve server-side development challenges using Node.js and explain your process. Identify and correct flaws in AI output or unclear application logic. Summarize your approach and decision-making clearly and concisely.

About You

Fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills. Expertise in Node.js: event-driven architecture, async/await, Express.js, error handling, and package management. 35 years of experience in Node.js backend development is a plus. Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Master's or PhD preferred. Deep interest in AI, scalable backend systems, or full-stack JavaScript development.

is below. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

Pay Range (rate per hour)

$15$150 USD

This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence, and we do not offer sponsorship for this 1099 contract role.
