Job Description: Job Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of Bright Suite solutions within the supply chain and warehouse management domains. This role is part of our Professional Services team. It requires strong experience in software/SaaS implementation projects, excellent client engagement skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and client-facing expertise, with a background in WMS/TMS implementations or related enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project delivery for Bright Suite modules (Bright Warehouse, Order, Store, Source, Performance, Forecast, and Socket). Act as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and satisfaction. Partner with internal Professional Services teams (solution experts, consultants, technical leads) to deliver projects on scope, budget, and schedule. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and communication frameworks. Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure consistent and high-quality documentation, including project updates, training materials, and post-implementation resources. Support client onboarding, change management, and adoption strategies to drive long-term value. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. 48 years of project management experience in Professional Services, SaaS, WMS/TMS, or enterprise software implementation. PMP or equivalent certification (completed or in progress) strongly preferred. Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Mavenlink, Smartsheet, or similar). Hands-on experience with comparable WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS). Strong customer-facing skills, with experience managing multiple high-value accounts. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Preferred Competencies: Background in Professional Services delivery for software/SaaS projects. Strong leadership with the ability to mentor, guide, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Exceptional time management and multitasking across concurrent implementations. Analytical, data-driven, and solution-oriented mindset. Understanding of SaaS product lifecycle and client success metrics. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
