Job Description

Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Support procurement, permitting, and compliance processes. Attend site visits and progress meetings. Help prepare RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain project records and ensure timely communication across stakeholders. 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with tenant improvement or light industrial projects. Familiarity with construction documents, processes, and terminology. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Strong communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What's on Offer
