About the role: As a Sr Software Test Engineer on our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our medical device applications meet the highest industry and regulatory standards. This work demands rigor, resilience, and a sharp eye for detail. We're looking for someone who thrives in a highly regulated environment, embraces challenges, and is committed to delivering quality. This role will specifically support Mobile UI automation (iOS). Your responsibilities will include: Development of test scenarios following design and requirement documents to ensure intended behavior is verified Write automated integration and functional tests for native mobile application Interact with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects in a detailed, efficient, and timely manner Maintain, report test results and investigate test failures Participate in code reviews with peers Work in a highly regulated software environment Focus on patient safety Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science 3 or more years of test automation experience with at least 2 or more in the iOS platform Hands-on experience with at least one of the following automation frameworks: XCUITest Appium Experience with Git and code reviews through tools like GitHub or GitLab Preferred qualifications: Past experience with myLUXTM Patient App or other regulated mobile applications Experience automating with Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode Understanding of mobile interface guidelines Exposure of mobile cloud farms Experience with mobile apps that communicate with external accessories Work within Continuous Integration environments Experience with web application testing Team player willing to collaborate with peers Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across tasks, documentation, and communications to support high-quality outcomes The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
