Remote - Organizational Change Manager

A client in the retail/CPG space is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to develop and execute customized and scaled change management strategies within the company. This person will define change approach by assessing risk and scale, identifying resistance and special tactics, identifying resources and structures, identifying required roles, and aligning change roadmap to project timeline/milestones. This will be a 6 month contract, 100% remote.

Certified Change Management Professional Prosci Cert 5+ years of experience as an Organizational Change Manager Prosci experience (Prosci cert preferred) Proficient in MS Office Experience supporting and working with stakeholders and high level executives Experience developing useful success metrics (adoption & usage, utilization, proficiency) and applying those metrics.
