Lead IT Analyst - Community Connect - Remote

Key duties include: Performing application builds, upgrades, and system optimizations. Troubleshooting and resolving application issues with minimal disruption. Evaluating software updates for business and clinical impact. Conducting workflow assessments and aligning technology with operational needs. Leading IT projects, mentoring analysts, and supporting process improvements. Managing incidents, problems, and changes to ensure smooth application performance. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and a proactive approach to driving strategic IT initiatives. Education

The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $91,416 - $152,380.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
