About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join one of its individual operating companies. The CFO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for strategic financial planning, decision-making, and ensuring the financial integrity of the business. This role demands a proactive and data-driven approach, with a focus on fostering profitable growth, identifying new profit opportunities, and supporting expansion efforts. The CFO will also be heavily involved in the acquisition process, from pre-acquisition discussions to post-integration, and must maintain financial controls in accordance with regulatory standards.

Candidates for the CFO position should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 5 years as a finance leader in a manufacturing or industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and demonstrate a process-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement. Experience in lean manufacturing and a background in a global, multi-site, and complex business environment are highly valued. The CFO will be expected to build and lead a high-performing finance team, and must be adept at managing and developing talent.
