Job Description:
This role requires strong customer interaction skills and hands-on technical management, including development of project documents and leadership of development teams through the full SDLC for ServiceNow-Nuvolo IWMS implementation. Responsibilities include platform configuration, data migration analysis, application interfaces, security assessment, and deployment activities within a SAFE Agile environment. Responsibilities:
Manage enterprise COTS implementation projects, including project scheduling, deliverables, testing, and deployment. Communicate effectively with customers and promote collaboration within the team. Support the integration of ServiceNow platform and Nuvolo SaaS application, including configuration and security. Place of Performance:
90% remote with periodic onsite meetings. Security Clearance:
Background check and Public Trust Clearance required. Provide three professional references with contact information. Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience:
Minimum 10 years project experience with Enterprise COTS; at least 5 years experience with ServiceNow; 2+ years with Nuvolo applications preferred. Seniority Level:
