As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team to lead and execute innovative client acquisition strategies and drive client growth. Responsibilities: Lead the onboarding process and develop customer acquisition strategies following the 6-Cs framework and aligning to client objectives and priorities. Oversee on-page messaging strategy, incorporating a problem/solution framework and adhering to UX best practices to optimize conversions. Lead monthly client Reporting & Analytics discussions and QBRs in conjunction with the search team, developing and presenting performance analysis and actionable insights. Review monthly spend reporting with the activation team and develop recommendations to meet client objectives and maximize ROI. Nurture and develop Digital Marketing Specialist talent, fostering a positive team environment. Identify ways to deliver the unfair advantage for each client and showcase success. Collaborate with clients on business priorities and strategic opportunities. Share client input and updates with the internal team to ensure alignment. Lead discussions on sales processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Develop campaign and content briefs, ensuring effective execution. Review and approve all work to ensure alignment with client goals. Establish communication protocols with clients regarding inquiries, updates, and deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, demand generation, or similar roles within B2B marketing. Strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies and tactics. Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong analytical skills. Experience in content strategy and UX best practices. Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
