This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities. It serves as a technical expert on system usage and performance. The role involves determining business requirements, implementing specifications, monitoring compliance and effectiveness, and assisting in resolving process issues, which may include system testing or development. The analyst may oversee less experienced team members. Responsibilities Data Analysis - Source, compile, interpret data, and communicate findings effectively. Identifying Requirements - Determine system needs, document specifications, reports, and project plans. Identify and help resolve issues affecting system processes. Ensure compliance through testing and analysis. Reporting - Create advanced reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identify patterns, problems, and opportunities for improvement. Develop process enhancements as needed. System Support - Provide technical support, respond to escalated inquiries, ensure smooth processes, and improve end-user experience. Implement modifications and serve as a resource on systems and data output. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience. Expertise in SDLC methodology (Agile/Waterfall), including requirements gathering, development, testing, and change management. Experience with risk/regulatory remediation, large program management, risk assessment, audit, and project management. This posting is active for 30 days from the initial date. The actual duration may vary based on business needs and application volume. For North Carolina hires, the base salary ranges from $110,000 to $155,000, with actual pay based on skills, experience, and location.
