Our client is an innovative tech startup transforming the data landscape with an advanced platform that leverages Data & AI to deliver exceptional results. Their global team, comprising both on-shore and off-shore experts, collaborates to provide cutting-edge solutions. They are now seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead implementation projects and ensure successful project delivery, meeting client objectives on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Summary:

The Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and driving the successful implementation of client projects. This role requires robust project management expertise, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering collaboration across on-shore and off-shore teams.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and close projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with defined project goals, timelines, and budgets. Resource & Timeline Management: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met. Risk Management: Identify project risks and dependencies, creating and implementing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges proactively. Stakeholder Communication: Conduct regular status meetings and prepare project reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project. On-Site & Off-Shore Coordination: Coordinate efforts between distributed on-shore and off-shore teams, ensuring successful execution and delivery of client projects. Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, streamline processes, and increase project delivery efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams, providing insights and feedback to refine and enhance project execution.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within tech or SaaS environments. Project Management Skills: Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar; experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, drive results, and foster a collaborative team environment. Problem Solving & Risk Management: Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities, experience in managing risks, and change management.
