What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Proactively monitor, analyze, and report competitor activities to refine marketing strategy - Provide technical sales support for direct and representative sales channels - Identify and analyze new market segments, technology trends, and customer industry needs - Deliver activity cost planning and forecasting while meeting financial budget commitments - Support global product management in launch campaign planning
What is Required (Qualifications): - Four-year degree in computer science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or another engineering discipline - Product management or sales experience within industrial automation or a related field - Technical competency within product lines including IO-Link, SOPAS, AppSpace, and other protocols/software platforms - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally - Knowledge of sensor integration, PLC programming, DCS, SCADA programming, networking, and ERP integration
