About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales - Health Systems to drive revenue growth by directly engaging with national health systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new partners, expanding the service line inventory, and nurturing long-term relationships to enhance the company's ability to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare options. This role involves managing a robust sales pipeline, executing targeted strategies, and guiding health systems through the contracting and onboarding process. The RVP must possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in securing large enterprise deals in the healthcare sector.
Applicants for the RVP position should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in full sales cycle management, with a focus on new logo acquisition and revenue growth. Strong leadership, presentation, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels of a customer organization. While not mandatory, experience in managed care, payer contracting, or direct-to-employer contracting, as well as familiarity with value-based selling strategies and the healthcare ecosystem, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience, and a background in software/SaaS sales, particularly in the healthcare provider market, is preferred.
