About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Operations to serve as the senior site operations leader, responsible for the overall day-to-day leadership of the facility. This executive will work in concert with the vice president of Medical Affairs and chief nursing officer to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards that ensure the delivery of an optimal patient experience. The role involves overseeing the operational performance and financial outcomes of various departments, both clinical and non-clinical, and requires a strong commitment to operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with continually evaluating and adjusting organizational strategies to meet the changing needs of the community and will be expected to exercise management responsibility to design efficient services that meet the needs of patients, physicians, the public, and staff.
Applicants for the Vice President, Operations position at the company must have a Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in operational management, with at least 5 years at a senior executive level.
