The Opportunity As a Client Relationship Manager II at Denim, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive world-class service. In this role, your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, identifying and solving root causes of recurring issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our products and services. You will have the opportunity to work directly with company executives and their finance departments, providing support and guidance to help them leverage Denim's solutions effectively. Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Denim believes in providing pay transparency to all candidates. For annual compensation, our pay ranges for all roles are based on geographic location, job responsibilities and experience, benchmarked against similar stage companies in our industry. We share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
