A top-tier law firm with a nationally recognized Trademark and Copyright team is seeking a full-time Trademark Associate to join its growing practice. This role is best suited for candidates fluent in both English and Spanish who have a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in U.S. and international trademark clearance and prosecution. The successful candidate will manage global trademark portfolios and engage in complex legal strategy for high-profile clients, including those in the entertainment industry. This is an on-site opportunity with multiple office location options.

Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios Conduct complex trademark clearance and risk assessment Prepare and file trademark prosecution documents Draft legal opinions and responses to office actions Advise clients on brand protection strategies Coordinate with foreign counsel on international filings Handle matters related to entertainment industry trademarks (preferred) Requirements
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in trademark clearance and prosecution Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Strong academic credentials Excellent legal writing and analytical skills Ability to manage a high-volume docket efficiently Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Skills
Advanced trademark clearance and prosecution techniques Experience with U.S. and international IP strategy Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish Proficiency in working with high-profile and entertainment clients (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Company info
