As an
Aesthetic Injector
, you will perform advanced aesthetic procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and other cosmetic treatments. You'll work closely with clients to deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results aligned with their goals and our practice standards. Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth consultations and build customized treatment plans
Perform injectable treatments: Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, PRF/PRP, and more
Educate clients on pre- and post-care, product usage, and long-term skin health
Maintain accurate treatment documentation and follow-up notes
Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams to ensure an exceptional experience
Stay up-to-date on aesthetic innovations, techniques, and safety practices
Requirements
RN, NP, or PA licensed in Maryland (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic injecting in a clinical or medspa setting
Expertise in full-face rejuvenation, facial balancing, and natural outcomes
Comfortable with high client volume and customized treatment planning
Strong communication skills and a confident, ethical bedside manner
Experience with advanced injectables and regenerative treatments is a plus
