Prepare discovery requests and responses. Develop outlines for deposition and trial examinations. Manage trial preparation and second-chair examinations. Gain increasing responsibility in case strategy, arguments, depositions, and trials. Requirements: 1-5 years of legal experience. Strong legal writing and research skills. Excellent oral communication and advocacy skills. Demonstrated work ethic and passion for justice. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Experience in mass tort, class action, and/or personal injury law preferred but not required. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
