Power Systems . You will be responsible for developing advisory projects for major electricity sector stakeholders, including distribution, transmission, retailers, and generators, helping them address regulatory, economic, and electricity challenges. You will also assist in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with internal and external customers to support profitable growth and satisfaction. Please note:

This position is hybrid (2-3 days working from our Birmingham office). We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. How you'll make an impact Identifying opportunities for new and repeat consulting business, building networks for information exchange Creating value for customers and the organization, ensuring successful transactions, contracts, and proposals using sales techniques and negotiations Proposing R&D projects, including scope, budget, and supporting project management strategies, including product/solution development and contract management Conducting risk and opportunity assessments, ensuring delivery as per contracts Leading process and tool enhancements, coaching and developing colleagues Your background Master's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or related field Advanced degrees (Masters, PhD, MBA) preferred Fluent in English (written and oral) Over 10 years of experience in power systems studies and consulting Experience with BESS, FACTS, E-mobility, smart cities, transmission and distribution planning Expertise in power systems, equipment, energy policy, and regulation Leadership and advisory experience with private and public energy sector entities Strong customer relationship skills and commercial acumen Knowledge of power systems analysis software (PSS/E, DIgSILENT Power Factory, PSCAD, ETAP, NEPLAN) Proven ability to create market opportunities and influence senior management Analytical, proactive, and self-motivated Additional notes:
