About the Role
The
Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager
opening is a fabulous opportunity to run point on a high-profile book of business. As the lead client service manager, you will manage a significant client portfolio, proactively engaging in client development, relationship management, and service fulfillment. The role involves working with middle market and larger clients, typically between 500-2,000 employees, many of which have complex self-funding arrangements. Responsibilities Manage marketing cases (fully insured and self-funded) Handle daily customer service requests Conduct employee meetings Prepare monthly reports Develop RFPs Manage renewal marketing processes Conduct in-person client meetings to review current programs, assist with sales presentations, and facilitate open enrollments Skills & Experience 5-7 years of progressive experience in employee benefits, preferably within a retail agency setting Life and Health insurance license required Additional professional designations (e.g., RHU, REBC, CEBS) are a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work schedule option.
