Qualifications
HRIS Analyst with 5-7 years of HRIS and/or HR experience. Required skills include: General HR and HRIS industry knowledge. Expertise configuring and maintaining business processes, application settings, security, reports, and dashboards in Workday HCM. At least 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, including one global implementation. Ability to analyze large data sets and ensure accurate migration from legacy systems to Workday. Utilize and customize the existing library of standard reports in Workday to meet reporting needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and third parties to ensure successful Workday implementation. Develop training and support materials for Workday end-users. Contribute to developing an HR Operations model to support the stabilization and ongoing support of the Workday system.
